Please note – delivery will be made to your doorstep for flat-pack furniture and roll-up mattresses. Due to health and safety, our delivery teams can only deliver up to 3-flights of stairs. If you live above three flights, please ensure that there is a suitable lift that the product will safely fit into. Please ensure that you have measured all access space, including lifts, stairways, and door frames, to avoid disappointment on the day of delivery.
